How we support document handoff
We help with document handoffs between founders, franchise buyers, operators and head office teams. Our role is to keep your disclosure packs, agreements and working documents moving efficiently, whether you use our Fit Finder, Numbers & Notes, or any category path.
You can hand off documents for review before an in-person meeting, or to coordinate with a franchisor, landlord or accountant. We work across Sunnyrock HQ and our review bays in Sandton, Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn, Canal Walk, Tyger Valley, the V&A Waterfront and Gateway.
What to send for a smooth handoff
List the required details for your franchise documents and share them with our team using our contact form to keep your review organised. This helps us match your materials to the right session, venue or advisor and avoid delays.
- Your city and preferred review bay
- The franchise path or category involved
- Which documents or sections need sharing or review (for example: disclosure summary, territory map, capital table, lease draft)
- Any upcoming appointment dates set with us
- Who else (if anyone) should access or review the same material
- Specific questions, notes or concerns about the content
What happens after you message us
Once you send your details, we assign your handoff to the right advisor for your category and city. If you are working with Ms Siphokazi Mbanjwa on a Fit Finder session or Mr Hemant Singh on territory, we’ll direct your materials to them securely.
You may be asked for more details or for supporting notes so we can check the documents’ context. We arrange physical document reviews only at set appointments in our review bays. When legal or tax issues come up, we guide you to seek advice from a qualified attorney or accountant.
