What happens at Sunnyrock HQ
Our Sunnyrock HQ at 2 Makro Place, Germiston is where the core Franchase team works on franchise decision packs, Fit Finder sessions and document reviews. This is also where our field guides and territory playbooks are written and updated.
We handle franchise disclosure document checks, agreement comparisons and working capital reviews on site. You can expect practical advice on franchise categories, capital requirements and territory planning, prepared by our specialists.
Visits are by appointment only
All visits to Sunnyrock HQ must be arranged ahead of time. Every visit is set up in advance to protect your privacy and make sure the right team members are available for your review.
If you need a session such as Fit Finder or a face-to-face look at your franchise decision pack, we confirm your details and goals first, then set a time that works. We do not run sales calls or video meetings; every review is planned around your background and questions.
Review bays in other cities
For those outside Germiston, you can choose a review bay at Sandton, Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn, Canal Walk, Tyger Valley, the V&A Waterfront or Gateway. When you arrive for your appointment, Ms Faatimah Abader will welcome you and check that your paperwork is in order.
Let us know in advance which topics or documents you want to discuss, so we can get everything set up for your visit, printed copies are optional. Our team checks and prepares your franchise notes for every location where we operate.
