Roles we look for
Practical time spent running or supporting a franchise is central to every role on our team. We sometimes hire franchise advisors who have managed or owned outlets, territory researchers who know how to read maps, a worksheet and guide writer with a clear, practical style, and review bay hosts who keep sessions organised at our locations.
Operations support roles focus on analysing franchise figures, reviewing disclosure documents, matching buyers to categories, and preparing field notes. Writing roles involve updating our field guides, category worksheets and territory playbooks.
Most roles are city-based, usually at Sunnyrock HQ in Germiston or one of our review bays in Sandton, Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn, Canal Walk, Tyger Valley, the V8A Waterfront, or Gateway.

What you will need
We look for people who have already run or managed a franchised outlet, can keep track of figures and working capital, and write plainly about operations. Territory roles need someone who can read and compare municipal zoning maps or franchisor territory plans.
A valid driver’s licence is needed for roles that involve site visits or territory checks. Writing and support roles require careful research, comfort with Excel and clear written reports. We value practical experience over just credentials.
