Why we collect and who sees it
We use your details to respond to your specific questions about franchise categories, capital, territory or any other topic you raise. Only the Franchase team at Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd handles this information.
We never send your details or documents to any franchise brand or outside party without your direct written consent. Your enquiry stays private within our advisory team.
How long we keep your information
We keep your contact form submissions and any attached documents only as long as we need to support your enquiry or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless regulations require us to keep a record.
Data is stored securely at our main office at 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock, Germiston. Only staff who need to support your enquiry can access it.
